Who Can Apply
- Children aged 9 months to 6 years, depending on the campus.
- All nationalities are welcome.
- Prior language ability is not required (for example, children without Mandarin or English background are still eligible if parents choose the immersion or dual-language pathways).
- Age placement is determined by standard cut-off dates (e.g. child’s birth date relative to the school year) and the readiness for group settings.

Visit Our Campus
We warmly invite families to visit our pre-school, meet our leadership team, and experience our learning environment firsthand. It’s a wonderful way to see how our educators inspire curiosity and joyful learning every day.
STEP 01
Submit Your Application
Applications are submitted online together with the required supporting documents and a non-refundable application fee. Our admissions team will guide you through the process and assist with any questions you may have.
STEP 02
Family meeting
Once we receive your application, our team will arrange a short meeting with you and your child. It's a meaningful opportunity for us to get to know your child and for families to experience our inquiry-based approach to early childhood education.
STEP 03
Offer of Enrolment
Successful applicants will receive an official offer of enrolment. Families can then confirm their child’s place by paying the registration fee.
STEP 04
Documents Required
- Child’s birth certificate or passport
- Immunisation record
- Passport-sized photograph of child
- Medical / special need reports (if any)
- Parent / guardian’s identification / work pass (if relevant)
Additional Notes & Special Conditions
- Spaces are limited; early application is encouraged.
- Some campuses have waitlists; if no place is available immediately, the child may be placed on a waitlist.
- Application fees and registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- For children requiring special support or learning needs, the school may require additional information to ensure support can be provided.
Eligibility
Admission is based on age-appropriate placement, previous school records, and language readiness. For students who require additional support in English, our EAL programme helps ensure a smooth and confident transition into our learning community. Families are also required to comply with Saudi Ministry of Education guidelines, including the submission of identification, residency, and medical records. Our admissions team works closely with each family to make the process clear, supportive, and welcoming.
