At EtonHouse International Pre-School Granada, our language programme is designed to inspire curiosity, confidence and cultural sensitivity from the very earliest years. Here, languages are not simply taught; they are lived.
Our Approach to Language
Immersive Bilingual Environment
From 18 months, our learners are immersed in a rich bilingual environment where English is the main language of instruction, supported by a dedicated Arabic co-teacher in every class. This approach ensures children develop naturally as bilingual learners, building fluency in both English and Arabic while deepening their cultural awareness. We also offer optional, child-friendly Islamic sessions for our Muslim students in KG1 to KG3.
Throughout the day, both languages are spoken naturally during routines, play, and inquiry. This is complemented by daily Arabic and English lessons, where educators focus on building vocabulary, comprehension, and confidence in each language.
Global Language Exposure
Families may also choose optional Mandarin enrichment sessions, giving children the opportunity to explore an additional international language. Led by native-speaking educators, these sessions nurture cultural awareness and the confidence for learners to thrive as multilingual global citizens.
Culture Woven into Language Learning
At EtonHouse, language learning is deeply connected to culture. Beyond stories, children experience music, dance and traditions that bring each language to life. Mandarin Immersion Paths & Dual-Language Options
At EtonHouse Preschools, families can choose between a full Mandarin immersion environment or a dual-language classroom model. Both approaches are designed to make language learning natural, enjoyable, and effective, ensuring children build confidence in English and Mandarin from the very start.
